Direction Technique™: Heal the Present Life for Origin of Calmness

Opening her jaw and affirming that she was safe to do this in front of her mother, gave her confidence to know who she is. Three involuntary breaths were witnessed. She closed her eyes, saw the red vibration, and said this was easy. The number seven was noticed within her body in her ribs. Walking through the green door, her body started to relax and her nerves calmed. She said, “I am safe and supported and it is my birthright to know my own answers, take me to the origin of pressure in this life.” Mary heard the number thirty. I see numerous young souls not wanting to go the past, just the future, and some are afraid of their future. Mary witnessed herself at thirty years of age and still felt the pressure. Calming her nerves would change her life. Therefore, the deeper origin to heal would be calmness helping her to learn how she could be kind to herself. Mary was guided back through the door to return to the present time and prepare to teleport again for the origin of calmness.

Repeating the Direction Technique visualization, confirming to Mary that this was miracle work, oxygen was felt down her spine. Mary learnt how to teleport and witness her spine, visualize her ribs moving, and get her muscles moving and regaining strength. Mary guided herself using the Direction Technique to heal the present life for the origin of calmness at three years of age.

The miracle witnessed was the love between a mother and child at three years of age. They spoke and communicated with pure love. Mary’s hands went cold, and her mother touched her hands for warmth and spoke from her heart, saying, “I love you because you always used to talk to your brother who passed away, and you’re a serious and super girl.” She caressed her head with soft, gentle actions, adding, “You’re still my baby.”
